Job Description

This position requires an experiences sales person and encompasses all sales activities from identifying potential customers to closing deals. This is a part- or full-time position and can be remote. You will work closely with TEAM executives to ensure accurate and effective quality of prospects.

The position offers an energetic entrepreneur the ability to make $100K-$200K+ per year in salary, commission, and bonuses. It is also a unique opportunity to gain a high-level understanding of a company’s operations working side by side with executive partners.

Essential Functions

  • Make outgoing calls, set appointments to potential and current customers to provide high quality leads.

  • Position the value of TSG TekTrak analysis to small and medium-sized businesses.

  • Manage a pipeline of primarily self-sourced leads as well as inbound leads to identify, engage, and develop appointments with potential buyers.

  • Set appointments to help close net new business at or above quota.

  • Possess strong knowledge of TSG products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.

  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.

  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services.

Requirements

  • Good verbal communication and customer service skills.

  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.

  • Self-motivated, with high energy, integrity, work ethic and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and integrate in solution sales.

  • Excellent computer skills, familiar with MS Office Suite, customer relationship management software.

  • Minimum of 2+ years outside sales/telemarketing experience within our industry preferred.

  • Bonus skills: Familiar ZoomInfo, SquareSpace, Zoho CRM, MailChimp

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
