Patricia Roulston is an exceptional businesswoman, executive, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience. Her strengths in sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations have been a driving force at TSG and other companies she has served during her career.

Patricia graduated with honors from the California State University of Sacramento, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Administration. Currently, Patricia is the CFO/EVP at Team Solutions Group. Patricia’s career began with Pitney Bowes, which at the time was renowned for its training and support programs. Her next step along her journey was to step out of sales into a position as VP of Customer Service for AIS. Returning to sales for Edgemont Business Solutions, she worked her way from Account Executive to Sales Manager. Patricia led her company through significant restructuring with multiple mergers and an infusion of Private Equity. With extensive experience under her belt, she was recruited back by MWB where she started working with Dave Akin and thus began their business partnership that remains strong today. Their collaboration freed each of them up to focus on their strengths thus propelling them to become the top “team” in the USA for technology equipment sales and marketing which led to national sales awards from Sharp Electronics.
