Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Professionals who will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure and supporting our employees' technology needs. You will be responsible for managing hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.

  • Provide technical support to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving IT-related problems promptly and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure security, compliance, and optimal performance.

  • Manage and maintain software licenses, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

  • Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the company's IT capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

  • Proven experience working as an IT Professional or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and network security principles.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

  • Proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with technological advancements.

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, remotely and in person.
