Before joining TSG, Chelcie embarked on her remarkable journey early in life, even while still in high school. She skillfully managed the intricate dance of academics, work commitments, and family responsibilities, excelling in each of these areas.

 In 2008, Chelcie decided to explore a more fulfilling career path and found herself at Raley’s, a well-known and sizable family-owned grocery chain based in Sacramento. Over the course of a decade, she made significant strides within the company while simultaneously expanding her family. Displaying unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic, Chelcie earned multiple promotions during her tenure. Her responsibilities expanded as she assumed the role of Assistant Food Service Manager, overseeing a team of twenty and handling critical tasks such as inventory management, procurement, and customer service.

 In 2018, TSG recognized Chelcie’s immense potential and welcomed her into their growing operations department in an entry-level position. She swiftly mastered various essential software programs crucial to the company's administration. With her tireless commitment, Chelcie eagerly embraced new challenges and became proficient in multiple software applications vital to TSG's operations, encompassing everything from the front to back end of operations. Her talent even led her to handle sales and customer service for major accounts.

 Chelcie's remarkable ability to multitask, coupled with her "glass is half full" outlook and rapid adaptability, played a pivotal role in strengthening TSG's operations infrastructure, solidifying it as highly efficient.
